Terms of use
These terms govern this website. The platform itself is governed by the subscription agreement signed for your store, which is a different and much longer document.

Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by TWENTYONE WEST COAST TRVL STORIES SINGLE MEMBER P.C., trading as Nextcommerce — a company incorporated in Greece and registered in the General Commercial Registry. Its full registration details are set out at the foot of this page.
What these terms cover
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
They cover the website and nothing else. A store built and run on the platform is governed by the proposal and the subscription agreement signed for it — scope, fees, service levels, uptime, support, intellectual property and notice periods all live there. Where a signed agreement says something different from these terms, the signed agreement wins for that merchant and that store.
Nothing here is an offer
The pages on this site describe what the platform does. They are information, not a binding offer, and not technical, legal or commercial advice for your situation.
A price or a timeline becomes binding only in a written proposal issued to you and signed by both sides. Figures and illustrations on the site are examples of what the platform can do; they are not a promise of the same result for another store.
Using the site
You may read, link to, quote and share what is published here. You may not:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- attempt to reach any part of the site, its server or its infrastructure that is not made public — or probe, scan or test it for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
- interfere with the site's availability, including by automated requests at a volume that degrades it for other people;
- strip, obscure or falsify attribution or credits on anything published here;
- reproduce a substantial part of the site — its text, its design or its code — as your own or as part of a competing offering.
If you believe you have found a security flaw, tell us at hello@twenty-one.co before you tell anyone else. We will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith, acts only to the extent needed to demonstrate the issue, and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site — the text, the design, the source code and the arrangement of all of it — belongs to us or to the people who licensed it to us, and is protected by Greek and international copyright law. The demo store shown in the interface mock-ups is illustrative; the brands and product photography of our clients belong to them.
What you send us
When you send an enquiry through the form, you give us permission to read it, store it and use it to prepare a reply and, if it goes that way, a proposal. We do not publish enquiries, sell them, or share them outside the people here who need to read them.
Until a confidentiality agreement is signed, though, an enquiry is not legally confidential material, so please do not send credentials, other people's personal data, or anything you are not free to disclose. Ask us for an NDA first; we sign them routinely and quickly.
Availability
We maintain this site carefully, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of error, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Uptime commitments for a live store are in the subscription agreement, where they belong.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Greek law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from the use of, or the inability to use, this site — including lost profit, lost business, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss — and we give no warranty that the content is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited: fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory right a consumer has that cannot be excluded.
Changes, law and jurisdiction
We may update these terms as the site or the law changes. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it was last touched.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of the use of this site, are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Questions about any of this go to hello@twenty-one.co, or 210 3000 463, or Plataion 55, 104 35 Athens. A named person reads that inbox — it is not a ticket queue.
